Juan Carlos Cruz
A certified Public Notary with a heart for service, Juan Carlos co-founded Sweet Home Health with the vision of bringing trusted, compassionate care directly to people’s homes. His dedication to community and strong sense of integrity laid the foundation for a care agency that treats every client like family.
Manager
Daniela Fernandez
Daniela is the engine behind the daily operations at Sweet Home Health. While currently studying to become a licensed insurance agent, she expertly oversees scheduling, client coordination, and everything in between — keeping the agency running smoothly and with heart.
